What to send where

• Corrections: spotted a wrong spec, dead link, or a price note that's aged badly? Include the page URL and we'll fix it — corrections policy on the about page.
• Product suggestions: tell us which inflator you want on the bench next. Models with real user bases get priority.
• Your test results: if your unit's gauge disagrees with ours, we want to know — sample variation is real, and reader data has changed our verdicts before.
• Business & press: same address, subject line "Business". Note that coverage cannot be bought, and samples don't guarantee a recommendation — see how we handle affiliate relationships.

What we can't help with

We're reviewers, not a support desk — warranty claims, returns, and shipping questions belong with the retailer or manufacturer you bought from. For Amazon orders, that's Amazon customer service. And while our buying guide and tire pressure guide answer most usage questions, anything safety-critical about your specific vehicle belongs with a qualified mechanic.
